Established in 1993, the Glen Iris Upper Vet Clinic has been providing exceptional veterinary care for families in Glen Iris, Ashburton, Malvern and beyond. Featuring the father/son team of Dr Shane and Dr Gerard Moore, we pride ourselves on being the people you trust when you have a question, no matter how small.
When treating your pet, we look not only at the illness, but the affect the illness has on the entire family. We understand that your pet is a valuable and loved member of the family and we seek to find solutions that are optimal for both your pet and the human members of your family.
Our Veterinary Services
Our Glen iris Upper Vet Clinic offers a range of services for small animals.
Routine check ups
Our Standard consultations are 15 minutes which easily allows for singular issues.
Desexing
We recommend desexing at 6 months for all male and female dogs and cats.
Surgery
Most soft tissue and certain orthopaedic procedures are done on site.
Dental surgery
Dental surgery including cleaning and extractions.
X-Ray on site
An X-Ray machine is available for on site standard pet imaging.
Blood tests
We offer blood tests. We send our blood samples to a specialist veterinary pathologist service. Occasionally some animals require sedation to obtain a sample.
